El Nino - Spanish for "The NINO"
You know it's going to be a long winter when you go from snow storm to blizzard, from sleet to ice and from 60 degrees to a tornado watch all in one week.
My favorite part of all this was on Saturday when I got the mail while wearing a t-shirt, shorts, and sandals yet I had to step on a solid block of ice in front of the mailbox, even though it was 65 degrees. Totally made sense for late December in northern Illinois. I wonder if it was crazy enough weather to make Skilling think "WTF?" to himself in private.
